THE FLEET

When we commenced operations in February 2000 we had one full time unit and one part time unit and that continued throughout the majority of the first year. By the middle of our second year, our fleet had increased to 6 full time units. Since December 2001 we have added an additional 3 units bringing our total fleet to 9 units. By the beginning of the third year we brought the total number of trucks to 14. We are currently operating 19 trucks full time.

Pride of ownership and the potential for steady work are two of the primary motivating factors for our crew. In fact that same pride of ownership becomes somewhat self-policing in the that the operators identify and bring to the attention of management any employee who is not maintaining the fleet standard. This is one of the critical management tools.
