DRIVER PROFILE

At Paradise Freightways before a driver can work, they must go through an intensive screening process that requires a clean driving record, solid work history, and safe driving skills. In addition to an outstanding driving record, we hire people with a special sense of pride and responsibility. It takes more than a “very good” driver to take the wheel at Paradise Freightways Ltd. Before working with Paradise Freightways, all drivers must have a minimum of two years deck experience, they must submit to a medical examination prior to employment and they must provide an RCMP criminal background check before being offered a job. We only hire business minded and professional owner operators and we then develop long-term relationships with these individuals.
